We ship all around the world. All major destinations are supported.
To ensure we can ship to your location, please check the country selection during the checkout process.
All Baby Turns Blue accessories are exclusively made to order.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the handcrafting and dispatch of your order.
Orders placed during sales periods may exceptionally take an additional 2 to 4 business days.
We offer free international express shipping for all orders over 250€*.
For orders below 250€*, we kindly request a shipping contribution from our customers as follows:
- Europe (DHL Express): 12.00€
- UK (DHL Express): 12.00€
- US & Canada (DHL Express): 12.00€
- Rest of the world (DHL Express): 19.00€ to 38.00€
Domestic delivery within France is free for orders over 150€.
- For orders below 150€, the shipping cost to France is 6.00€ (Colissimo)
All national and international rates include Baby Turns Blue's contribution to provide affordable yet premium international delivery. Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping country.
*For delivery to Israel, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, free shipping applies on orders over 350€.
We strive to make your delivery experience flawless and only work with premium express delivery services.
Usual delivery times are as follows:
- France (Colissimo): 48 hours
- Europe (DHL Express): 24 to 48 hours
- US & Canada (DHL Express): 24 to 72 hours
- Rest of the world (DHL Express): 72+ hours
We reserve the right to select a different carrier for international destinations if the address is in a remote location incurring unanticipated charges.
You will receive an automated email with your tracking link as soon as your order is ready for shipping.

Yes, our packaging is discreet, with prices always hidden on the packing list inside the parcel.
We are proud to add that our parcels are fully sustainable, with all packaging components carefully sourced and certified FSC & EU Ecolabel.
All orders are shipped from France. Therefore, there are no additional fees for orders within France and Europe.
For U.S. customers, orders under 800 USD do not incur customs fees.
For other countries, duties and taxes may apply. The buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges required by the destination country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this information beforehand and cannot provide an estimate of the cost as charges vary worldwide. Baby Turns Blue does not reimport or refund orders if buyers refuse to cover their local duties and taxes.
Parcels are kept for 14 days before being sent back to us.
If you think that you will not be able to pick up your parcel if you're away, please let us know within 24 hours after placing your order, and we will delay the shipment of your order for you.
If you cannot pick up a parcel in time and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the parcel.
Returns and exchanges
All products can be exchanged in case of a sizing problem.
We encourage our customers to take their measurements and use the size charts available before placing an order.
Due to the handmade and made to order nature of our products, returns are not possible.
However, if there is a manufacturing fault, Baby Turns Blue will offer a refund via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange.
To request an exchange or return, please contact our customer support at hello@babyturnsblue.com within 14 days of the initial delivery date.
After your exchange or return is approved, we will provide you with the return procedure via email. Returns should be shipped within 7 days of approval, new and unused, in their original packaging with tags.
Our customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange.
Once we receive the items and inspect them for any damage or signs of use, we will process a refund or exchange within 5 business days.
